We stand behind our products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

It will be our pleasure, upon presentation of the original receipt, to exchange any new and unused merchandise, in its original packaging, within 30 days following its date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or credit note.

All returns are subject to review and approval by management. If a product has been opened or assembled, Maison Caplan reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.

Items purchased online can be returned by mail or in store for exchange or credit note. The customer is responsible for ensuring the product arrives back in good condition and for the cost of shipping the product back to Maison Caplan Home. Shipping fees to the customer are not refundable or exchangeable. 

EXCLUSIONS: The following items cannot be exchanged and are considered final sale:

• Mattresses / Box Springs / Pillows / Mattress & Pillow Protectors / Mattress Toppers
• Sofas / Sectionals / Sofa Beds / Futons
• Dining Chairs / Dining Tables / Coffee Tables
• Special orders items & assembled furniture
• Open boxes of Roller Blinds / Open Box Pole Sets
• All items sold “As Is”
