We ship most* of our products anywhere in Canada *for the exception of certain items:

*Oversized items

Oversized items like mattresses, box springs, bed frames and large furniture are not available to ship outside of Quebec. These items are only available in the greater Montreal area. We will deliver in the greater Montreal area for a fee with our truck. We do not ship these items with courier. 

Standard size items

The shipping address provided at the time of checkout must be a valid and complete Canadian shipping address. Remote and rural address shipping fees will be determined once you have entered your postal code. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification.

Items returned due to error of shipping address will be charged the return fee. Example if customer forgets to add the apartment number, and Canada post returns to us, we will deduct the return shipping fee from the refund. The customer will have to purchase the item again with new shipping fees.

Order Cancellation:

Customer cancellation: For items that are in stock, the Customer can cancel an order and receive full refund as long as the order has not shipped yet. If cancellation request is received after the order ships, we can no longer accept cancellation. The customer has to return the purchase - see return policy in this case. If customer places a special order, custom order, then order cancellation is not possible. 

Maison Caplan order cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel and refund your purchase if for any reason, we are not able to fulfill or ship your order. Customer will be advised within 2 business days of order cancellations, in this case full refund will be given to the customer. 

Tracking Your Order

There are several ways to track the status of your order:

Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected during checkout and the carrier that is delivering your order. Once shipped, your order may be handled by a carrier (Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, Purolator,..) that provides tracking information until your order is delivered. Available tracking information is accessible in your account.

Order Discrepancies

If you find a mistake with your order, or if you fail to receive it within the expected shipping time, please contact Maison Caplan Home customer service immediately. Please report any item discrepancy or damage within 7 days of ordering so we can research and review the issue in a timely manner.


Delayed or Lost Orders

Orders may be delayed due to a variety of issues including, but not limited to, inclement weather and carrier issues. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your order tracking number so you can track your package via the courier website (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Canpar,...) . Maison Caplan Home Customer Service team cannot provide any additional tracking information beyond what the courier has provided.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued for lost orders. An order is not considered lost until 20 business days past the ship date.


Address change

We are unable to change the delivery address after an order has shipped.
